I know that Sharepoints is not out for Leopard yet (I am really looking forward to it), but I am having some trouble using Leopard's built-in sharing features.

After searching and posting on Apple's forums with no positive results, I thought maybe someone here could help me.

I am at work (small business), and we are using my mac on the network as a sort of file-server for everyone. With Tiger, I used Sharepoints, and everything worked amazingly. However, now that I have Leopard, no one can edit any of the files. They are "read only" for all Windows users. There is one other Mac user (Tiger), and he can read/write files fine.

No matter what settings I use, it won't work for our poor PCs. I have upgraded to 10.5.1, still no joy.

Any ideas?

Sure, just file a complaint with Apple right here: http://www.apple.com/feedback/macosx.html/ It's a known fact that networking, especially with Windows machines is broken for many people with Leopard.

Thanks. I have now done that.

Previously I had posted in the support forum, and submitted an official bug report with Apple. Now this. Hopefully someone will get the idea.

What I was hoping for in this forum was that someone might have some insight into a work around or something I might be doing wrong.
