When logging in as an admin user I don't see the sharepoints that I created.  I only see all the disk drives that are in my computer.  Is this normal behavior?  What is going on here?

This is normal behavior.  Apple setup the AppleFileServer to show all disks and volumes to admin users when logging in.  Non-admin users will see the sharepoints that are created by SharePoints.

Starting with SharePoints 3.4 this behavior can be controlled.  Visit the AFS Properties tab and check the "Admin is Normal User" checkbox to enable this option.
